Optical rotary device for the laser processing equipment.
ABSTRACT

The invention falls into laser handling of materials and can be used for radiation transfer in flexible manufactures with usage of laser technique. Substance of the invention: the optical rotary device allows to guide radiation in four orthogonally related directions. The optical rotary device has a rotatory truncated pyramid 1 with replaceable mirrors. Each mirror has its function, that allows to transmit radiation of different lasers to one system of transportation. The assembly of replaceable mirrors includes mirrors. that enables by transmission of radiation on small distances slightly to focalize it, thus allows not increase aperture above permissible. Apart from own axis of rotation the pyramid 1 with replaceable mirrors rotates around of an axis corresponding with an axis of a vertical incident radiation, thus allows to guide a beam in 4 orthogonally related directions.
