The proposed invention falls into field of action on a surface of material by laser radiation with the purpose of reception a decorative surface and can be used by manufacture of furniture. Known in the offered process of surface decorating of material is drawing figure as a cut of material surface on depth smaller than width of material by means of laser radiation. New in the offered process of material surface decorating is that in a formed cut flood pasty self-hardening filler and that the side view of the cut is fullfilled as a groove excepting falling out of a filling compound, for example in the shape of a trapezoid dilatating in a depth of a material, and also that trapezoidal cutso alternate with rectangular. Besides volume of a filling compound is not equal to volume of a cut, and the section of a filling compound varies on a course of a cut, thus filler up to hardening receives relief shape. As a filling compound finds application powdered material, diluted by gluing solution and a range of colours of filling compound changes on a course of figure formation . Usage of an offered process will allow to increase productivity and efficiency, will simplify installation for decorating and will expand a range of colours.
