Electrooptical block of the CO2 -laser with cross pumping of gas working mix.
ABSTRACT

Proposed invention falls into field of laser equipment, closely electrooptical blocks of CO2-lasers with cross pumping of gas working mix.The problem of proposed invention is the increase of efficiency of the electrooptical block, and also improvement of laser radiation quality. The indicated problem is realize because of that in the first discharge gap, on resonator slabs, in sequence on laser beam course the offered electrooptical block has back closed mirror, two rotary units and forward reflective - lead-out reflecting system, providing three generating passes of beam and one amplifying up to a corner reflecting mirror. And in the second discharge gap, on resonator slabs there are three rotary units, providing four amplifying passes of beam from corner reflecting mirror up to beam outlet unit, while in each discharge gap the rotary units, first on beam course from back closed mirror and from a corner reflecting mirror ,are made as reflecting prisms, changing laser beam course on 1800.
