The invention falls into equipment for laser handling of materials and can be used as independently and in a composition of flexsible industrial systems for realization of laser cutting or punching of holes in sheet materials. The installation for laser handling of sheet materials contains the cradle with sheet material, two-coordinated travel system of optical-focalizing head, disposed vertically, system of drawn-off, local chamber of drawn-off, adjoining to inverse side of a sheet opposite to the optical-focalizing head. The local chamber of drawn- off in the bottom part can have the collection of solid waste with shutter. Using of the invention provides increase of construction compactness, improvement of conditions of its{*her*} operation and improvement in handling quality.
