Process of pipeline laying and device for its realization.
ABSTRACT

Is offered process of pipeline laying and device for its realization in field conditions. Distinctive feature is that tubes welding to separate branches of the pipeline is carried on by a compact beam with minimal distance between them, that is reached by ring seam welding within tubes with the help of laser beam. Using of this process allows to improve the quality of welding material in comparison with base metal and practically eliminates possible emergencies of pipeline. After welding ring seams, the main seam welding of exterior adjacent tubes among themselves is carried out. The device incorporates the mobile device and platform with the processing equipment, including the technological laser, systems of beam transmitting, replaceable shops. The replaceable shops have interior and exterior beam cable. On the ends of beam cables the focusing devices are anchored. Using of replaceable shops allows to realize process of tubes welding to the pipeline branches simultaneously with charging of new tubes. Using of the offered invention allows to lower material expenditures, to reduce harmful influence of surrounding medium, to expand operational opportunities of the pipeline.
