The offered process of manufacture cylinders of compressed air can be used at manufacture cylinders of different assignment with safety valve, for example in motor industry. Basic elements of cylinders are: tube - housing and also two covers. As a sensible device is used the thin membrane, hermetically adjoining to the cover, having a hole. Distinctive feature of this process is the simultaneous laser welding of the cover, membrane and housing with deep penetration, while the membrane is clamped between cover and housing. Such process will allow to weld a membrane on a cover and housing hermetically and by that to provide reliability of operation. Besides that the simultaneous processes of membrane welding and ring seam welding allows essentially to increase productivity of manufacture.
