Process and device can be used for medical treatment of heart ischemic illness, myocardium infarct. Distinctive feature of the offered process is that laser beam action on the myocardium muscle is carried on with the help of multichannel technological laser, and each separate beam is focused on a muscle surface, and the points of beams convergence can be on epicardium surfaces of the myocardium or inside of myocardium muscle. The device consists of two arranged in sequence parts, one of which is multisegment lens or reflecting system, and another focuses all system of beams.
