Device for laser treating.
ABSTRACT

The device for laser treating is intended for figured cutting sheet materials and can be used in different industries. Device consists of technological laser, control system, platform with sheet, optical channel with deflecting mirrors and focusing lens. The platform is fulfilled as a circle and has a drive, rotating around of vertical axis. During a work of laser the platform can be rotate with constant velocity. The optical channel consists of two parts – moving and fixed. The moving part has a drive, rotating around of vertical axis, and makes working reciprocation. Beam channel length remains constant. Thus the movung part can be fulfilled one- or multiconponent. Using of this device allows to increase essentially processing capacity. The offered arrangement of device enables to give up expensive units and mechanisms and to simplify considerably its construction.
