Process of laser cutting and device for its realization.
ABSTRACT

Is offered process of laser cutting by action of focused laser beam,outputing from a lens, on a surface of treating sheet, and also device for process realization. Process and device can be applied in different branches of machine, wood working, chemical industries, in other manufactures. Device can works independently, as well as to be builded in flexible industrial systems. Distinctive feature of the offered process is, that a cutting of details from a sheet is realizes in rows, perpendicularly to platform path, with platform moving after eachrow cutting, while the value of platform moving after next row cutting is equal to the sum of a detail size on a moving path and distance between detail rows. Device includes laser, control system, mechanisms of optical elements moving, system of movable platform transporting. The technological station is fulfilled as a form, in which upper part are disposed the mechanisms of optical devices moving, upper system of movable platform transporting to a treating zone and to ready details and waste unloading zone, mechanism of platform delivery to a treating zone and mechanism of platform delivery to an unloading zone. At the form bottom is disposed the lower system of moving to a fill sheet zone with a pneumatic power cylinders of platform moving from the lower moving system to the upper and inversely, three moving platforms with sheets, located on them.
