Process of powdered laser surfacing of corner workpieces.
ABSTRACT

The invention can find application in different branches of machine industry and at repair of different corner workpieces. During surfacing realize melting of surface with the help of laser beam and delivery additional powder in melt zone. Thus the workpiece has forward motion. In turn are builded up with overlapping some rollers, parallel longitudinal edge of the corner workpiece. Thus the first roller is builded up on some distance from longitudinal edge, equal to the roller width, multiplied on a given overlapping coefficient. Further rollers are builded up from the longitudinal edge of the corner up to the vertical side, restricting fused surface. Concluding roller is builded up near longitudinal edge of the corner after rotational displacement of fusing surface up,around of longitudinal axis, relatively horizontal plane, on the corner, which tangent is equal to the ratio of the fused roller height to half of its width. Such technology allows to lower losses of additional powder and to improve the quality of surfasing stratum.
