Device for laser welding of pipelines.
ABSTRACT

The device can be used for laying pipelines in steppes, desert, tundra. The device incorporates mobile device and platform, on which the processing equipment - independent power station, control system, shop with intended for welding tubes, technological laser is disposed. Also on the platform, in clamps,the pipeline end is disposed. The welding head and laser are arranged inside the pipeline, it reaches minimum length of an optical channel, vibrating oscillations of a beam concerning the welded junction. The welding occurs within tubes. The lead of electric power, and in variant cooling water, gases, etc. occurs with the help of a communication rod. At joining of the next tube from shop to the pipeline there is also joining of the communication rod to the laser head and laser. The laser beam is focused and guided on the welded junction. Thus the head, in variant and the laser as a whole, turns around of pipeline axis, realizing ring welding. After welding conclusion the moving means together with the shop of tubes, with communication rod, laser and welding head moves on distance, equal to length of a tube, while the welded tube remains in place .Then there is a detachment of a communication rod, the shop with tubes turns on one position, there is a new tube joining, a connecting of a new communication rod, the process starts again. In parallel or at the end of a cycle there is a charging of shop by a new set of tubes. The application of offered device, as contrasted to known, will allow to provide major reliability of operation because of its construction simplification
