The invention can be used at making high-power lasers with beam high quality. The laser electrooptical block with fast transverse pumoing of working gas contains the gas-discharge chamber, prolated along a gas stream, with multisection electrode system and optical resonator, stable and unstable in two orthogonally related planes, passing through an optical axis, transverse to a gas stream, while the unstable plane of the optical resonator is perpendicular to a gas stream. The optical resonator can be with even quantity of passes near even quantity of electrode systems, thus for transmission of a laser beam from pass to pass there are reflecting rotary blocks, rotating relatively a gas stream.
