Process of metals laser welding with a high heat conduction and high reflecting ability.
ABSTRACT

The technical problems of this process: increase of welding efficiency, improvement in welded joint quality and magnification of productivity. The offered process consists of, that the welded parts are joined, melted by focused laser beam at its moving concerning welded parts on a welding line.Welded metals surface previously are coated with a stratum of additional material with smaller reflecting ability and greater melting temperature. This is done symmetrically, concerning a welding line in thickness h, which values are in interval h=dn/2 -dn, where dn - diameter of the focused laser beam, and width, equal or more than width of thermal influence on additional material surface. The process can be distinguished by that moving of laser beam, concerning welded parts, is realizes under a given program, and additional material previously is ploted as a strip, cutting from a sheet with the help of laser beam, displaced on the same program, on which laser beam moving during welding, putting into program equidistant displacement of moving trajectory on both sides of welding line.
