The high-power laser with stable-unstable resonator includs extended active medium, stable-unstable resonator, having stable plane and perpendicular to it unstable plane, and is distinguished by that a beam outlet in such laser is carried out with the help of a special outlet mirror with an opportunity of parallel approach of output beams, while in unstable plane the resonator has small coefficient of amplification M, 1 < M < 2.
