Device for a laser cutting of sheet materials.
ABSTRACT

The device consists of manipulator, control system and laser. The manipulator has two, in parallel disposed, cross-arms, on which the cross bar moves along an X-axis. The focalizing lens, disposed on the cross bar, together with a rotary mirror move along an Y- axis. Distinctive feature of offered device is that the technological laser and cooler, providing its operation, are disposed on a separate cross bar, having own drive unit. The cross bar with the laser does not participate in working travels of device during cutting. However, ensures during operation practically stationary value length of an optical channel. The communication between equipment of both cross bars is carried out by optical process. The application of the given device allows to use lasers of high power, that essentially dilates its technical feasibilities at high dynamic characteristics.
