The device consists of manipulator, control system and laser. The manipulator has two in parallel disposed crossbeams, on which guides moves the cross bar, which composition enters rotary mirror and focusing lens. New in device is that the cross bar consists of two rigidly joint among themselves beams, on which perpendicularly to cross bar moving the bridge is moved. In turn, on the bridge, parallel cross bar motion, travels a moving unit, which composition enters rotary mirror and focusing lens. It ensures an opportunity of rather light devices travel. Thus the laser power is not limited with its weight, that essentially dilates technological opportunities of device. Besides that, the arrangement of given device allows to treat sheets practically of unbounded length.
