Device for laser treating of sheet materials.
ABSTRACT

The device consists of manipulator, control system and laser. The manipulator has two, in parallel disposed, crossarms, on which a cross bar moves along X- axis. Disposed on the cross bar focusing lens together with a rotary mirror move along Y- axis. The distinctive feature of given device is that the technological laser and independent cooling system, providing its operation, are disposed on separate cross bar, having its own drive unit. The cross bar with the laser participates in working travels at figured cutting, however, ensures during operation practically stationary value of optical channel length. The communication between equipment of both cross bars is optical. The application of given device will allow to use in its composition high power lasers, that essentially dilates its technical feasibilities at high dynamic characteristics.
